Key Qualifications:
- Current Special Education Teacher certification
- Experience with PK-5th grade students preferred
- Background working with moderate behavior needs

- Ability to adapt teaching strategies in either self-contained or push-in environments
- Collaborative approach with educators, staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, individualized instruction aligned with students’ IEPs
- Employ evidence-based interventions focusing on moderate behavior management
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student participation
- Document progress and communicate effectively with families and team members
- Partner with general education teachers to support student success in push-in settings
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations pertaining to special education
