Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification.
- Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

- Strong classroom management and behavior intervention skills.
- Ability to collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience collecting and documenting student progress preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, adapt, and deliver instructional materials tailored to students’ individual needs.
- Assess student abilities and implement effective teaching strategies for academic, socio-emotional, and behavioral growth.
- Track progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare comprehensive progress reports.
- Collaborate with school teams and participate in IEP meetings, ensuring appropriate accommodations and modifications.
- Create a structured, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Foster positive relationships with students and families, providing ongoing communication and support.
- Stay current on best practices in special education and participate in professional development as required.
