What you bring:
- Valid Massachusetts Special Education License (required)
- Demonstrated experience working with students with varying disabilities and needs
- Flexibility and adaptability to support different grade levels and classroom types
- Strong skills in IEP development, progress monitoring, and individualized instruction
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, families, and support staff
- Ability to foster an inclusive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment

What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations tailored to each student
- Provide direct instruction to students in a range of settings—including push-in, pull-out, and self-contained classrooms
- Assess student strengths and needs using formal and informal tools to guide instructional decisions
- Collaborate with general education teachers, clinicians, and paraeducators to support student success
- Participate in case meetings, IEP team meetings, and parent conferences as required
- Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and report meaningful data
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom and school culture
