Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state teaching certification in Special Education
- Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree in Special Education or related field (preferred)
- Prior experience working with children across a range of disabilities and learning needs
- Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress tracking
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to foster a supportive, inclusive classroom climate
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing student and program needs
