Qualifications:
- Active Texas Special Education Teacher (K-5) license required
- Experience in special education settings, preferably with autism or multiple disabilities
- Strong skills in case management, IEP development, data collection, and lesson planning

Responsibilities:
- Teach and support a diverse group of 15 elementary students in a Life Skills classroom
- Case manage student IEPs, collaborating with families and specialists
- Supervise and mentor paraprofessionals, fostering a positive learning environment
- Collect and analyze data to inform instructional practices
