- Strong organizational abilities for managing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and transitional goals
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized, individualized instruction focused on functional academics, daily living skills, personal independence, and community integration
- Supervise and mentor classroom paraprofessionals, ensuring a supportive and efficient learning environment
- Develop, implement, and review IEPs with clear functional goals and post-secondary transition plans tailored to each student’s needs
