Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification (state-specific required)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement tailored instruction aligned with each student’s IEP goals
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that values each student’s strengths and needs
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure seamless integration
- Communicate regularly with families regarding progress and classroom activities
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant regulations and policies
