Qualifications:
- Valid and current New Hampshire Special Education Teaching certification
- Experience working with elementary-level students (grades 3-5), especially those with learning disabilities
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for partnering with staff, families, and support teams
- Flexibility to work independently and adapt to a changing classroom environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction and tailored support to a caseload of 3rd-5th grade students with learning disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Communicate regularly with students' families and collaborate with general education teachers
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
