Qualifications & Experience:
- Active New Hampshire Teaching License (required)
- Experience working in special education, preferably in mental health or behavioral settings
- Background in managing caseloads, conducting evaluations, writing reports, and leading meetings
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Commitment to serving children with complex needs in a school environment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver instruction and specialized behavioral support to a group of 10-16 students in a self-contained classroom
- Engage in regular evaluation, progress monitoring, and case management duties
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student
- Facilitate communication with parents, related service providers, and educational staff
- Participate in meetings, team collaborations, and student reviews as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation aligned with district and state requirements
