- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and administrators
- Comfortable adapting to diverse caseloads; specify preferences for assignment
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Deliver instruction to students in small group or one-on-one settings, both in person or virtually (as appropriate)
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
- Communicate regularly with parents and staff to support student achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to behavioral and academic planning
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
