- Ability to fulfill the full spectrum of Special Education Teacher responsibilities
- Skilled at collaborating with staff, students, and families to foster a positive learning environment
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, adaptable growth mindset, and upbeat, professional attitude
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized instruction to students with diverse learning needs, aligning with IEP goals
- Manage caseloads and provide services as outlined in student IEPs
- Effectively collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance
- Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social growth within a safe classroom environment
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized plans
