Key Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Special Education License required
- Experience supporting students in resource, self-contained, or inclusion classrooms welcome
- Strong classroom management and behavioral intervention skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with general education teachers, support staff, and families
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere
- Skilled in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and progress monitoring
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction and interventions aligned to IEP goals
- Adapt curriculum to meet diverse academic and behavioral needs

- Maintain accurate records on student progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
