Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized instruction based on students' IEPs.
- Create an engaging, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, administrators, and families.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
- Foster academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth for every student.
Qualifications
- Active Indiana Special Education Teaching Credential
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education or related field
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping students achieve success
