Qualifications & Experience
- Valid SC Multi Categorical License (Required)
- Current CPI Certification
- Previous experience working with severe/intense behavioral needs
- Familiarity with modified grade level instruction
- Demonstrated experience working in both educational and clinical environments
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized instructional support to a caseload of 15 students, ages 12-18
- Implement and adapt lesson plans to meet specific student needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a psychiatric treatment setting
- Foster a safe, supportive, and structured classroom environment
- Utilize CPI techniques to support students’ emotional and behavioral regulation
