Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction to students with a range of learning differences within a resource classroom setting
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to develop and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to encourage academic and social-emotional development
- Maintain accurate records and regularly assess student progress
- Facilitate a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with caregivers regarding student growth and needs
