- Experience in resource room, small group tutoring, and inclusion models
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary staff

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction and develop tailored interventions for Kindergarten students with special needs
- Utilize resource room, small group, and inclusive classroom models to deliver personalized learning experiences
- Draft, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to support each student’s educational plan
- Track student progress through ongoing assessment and data-driven decision making
