- Maintain detailed records of student progress and participate actively in IEP meetings
- Adapt instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs and ensure each student’s growth
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and support strategies
- Participate in ongoing professional development and school initiatives
