Special Education Teacher | Liberty, Texas

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active State of Texas Special Education Certification (required)

- Strong skills in differentiating instruction across varied grade levels (K–6)
- Background in individualized educational planning and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication skills with students, families, and school teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning needs and styles
- Track student progress toward IEP goals, maintaining comprehensive records and documentation
- Create a structured, supportive classroom atmosphere to nurture student independence and academic growth
- Adapt instructional activities and materials to meet varied abilities across elementary ages
