Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher credential/certification (Early Childhood focus preferred)
- Previous experience in early childhood special education settings
- Knowledge of IEP development and compliance
- Ability to travel in-person to Kiowa, Bennett, and Byers schools (remote flexibility for paperwork/meetings)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct special education services and assessments in person (Monday–Thursday)
- Complete paperwork, case management, and IEP meetings remotely as a hybrid role
- Collaborate with general education staff and families to support student learning and progress
- Maintain clear documentation and ensure compliance with program requirements
