Special Education Teacher | Littleton, Colorado

Your skills and compassion will be vital as you work with students in either a mild-moderate caseload (Learning Services and Learning Specialist) or provide essential support for those with significant cognitive and communicative disabilities (SSN). Qualifications:
- Active Colorado Department of Education Teacher License with Special Education Generalist endorsement (Ages 5-21)
- Experience working within school-based special education settings
- Ability to support students with mild-moderate or significant needs
- Familiarity with IEP implementation and specialized instruction
- Up-to-date references (RefAssured preferred) for consideration
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to middle school-aged students (ages 11-14) across one or two sites, based on assignment
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with school staff, families, and support services
- Maintain documentation and compliance with district and state requirements
- Foster positive, inclusive relationships in the classroom
