Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering specialized instruction in accordance with IEP goals and district guidelines
- Collaborating with related service professionals, families, and district staff to promote student success
- Assessing students’ developmental, academic, and behavioral needs
- Documenting progress and maintaining accurate student records
- Utilizing evidence-based strategies and interventions to support student engagement
- Contributing actively to IEP meetings and supporting transition planning
- Responding adaptively to classroom challenges and celebrating each student’s progress
This contract offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a supportive educational community. For those with 0-2 years of school-based experience, target compensation is set between $49-52 per hour. Those with 3-5 years can anticipate $52-55, professionals with 6-9 years may expect $55-58, and those bringing 10 or more years’ experience can earn $58-61 per hour.
