- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborative spirit and a commitment to working effectively alongside colleagues and support staff
- Strong communication skills to liaise with parents, guardians, and school professionals
- Familiarity with instructional technology and progress monitoring tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver tailored instruction and interventions aligned with students’ IEP goals
- Adapt curriculum materials and teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Work in partnership with the on-site Resource SPED to share resources, insights, and responsibilities
- Communicate regularly with families to support learning beyond the classroom
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
