- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs for young learners
- Flexibility to work with students in both center-based and itinerant capacities
Key responsibilities:
- Provide special education support during the morning Four Year Old Kindergarten class
- Deliver direct services to students both in classroom and itinerant settings
- Contribute to programming and support for the 3-year old program as needed
- Develop individualized educational plans in collaboration with families and support staff
- Adjust instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining clear communication with staff and families
- Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and professional development
