What you’ll need:
- Active Massachusetts Special Education License (required)
- Experience working with K-12 students, with flexibility to support a variety of ages and learning environments
- Understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere

- Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet the individualized needs of students
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly

- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and compliance documentation
