- Adaptability to meet the unique needs of students with various learning, behavioral, or adaptive challenges
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individualized instruction for students in your assigned program (options available in middle school resource, middle school behavior, K-8 behavior, or elementary adaptive settings)
- Implement IEPs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive positive student outcomes
- Foster an inclusive learning environment that supports both academic and behavioral growth
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, and participate actively in progress meetings
- Engage in ongoing professional development, including new teacher orientation (dates provided), to remain current with best practices and compliance standards
