Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education (SPED) license; open to emergency or pending certifications
- Candidates in Teachers of America or ITeach programs encouraged to apply
- Experience working in elementary or PreK special education, particularly with self-contained and autism support, is preferred
- Strong collaboration skills for team teaching with paraeducators
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom community
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student
