Essential Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education (SPED) certification and core subject or generalist certification (Texas certification required)

- Strong behavior management and differentiation skills
- Commitment to individualized education and advocacy for students with diverse learning needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to students’ unique abilities and IEP goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers to implement inclusion and co-teaching models
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and communication with parents and support staff
- Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment to maximize learning and independence
- Participate in ARD/IEP meetings, contribute to goal development, and provide regular progress updates
