Job Responsibilities
- Provide specialized instruction and support for students with moderate to severe disabilities in grades K-8
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Adapt curriculum and instruction to meet individual student needs
- Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to support student success
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Support students’ academic, communication, social, and functional skill development
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Moderate to Severe Special Education License required
- Experience supporting students with moderate to severe disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of IEP development, differentiated instruction, and special education best practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment
