Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teaching Certification.
- Eligible for educator certification for Alabama or transferable license.
- Experience with K-2 and/or Pre-K resource settings preferred.
- Proficient working with autism spectrum caseloads.
- Willingness to work on-site in a travel capacity; VOCO candidates not considered.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality push-in and pull-out resource instruction to K-2 students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, aides, and family members.
- Adapt teaching strategies for students with diverse learning needs.
- Track progress and maintain thorough documentation.
