Qualifications:
- Active Colorado Special Education License, or eligibility to obtain via reciprocity
- Experience with elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP compliance and special education processes
- Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct special education instruction and academic support
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct progress monitoring and maintain compliance documentation
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and service providers
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
