Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado Special Education License (or eligibility for licensure through reciprocity)
- Experience working with elementary-aged students strongly preferred

Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct instruction and academic support to elementary students with mild/moderate needs
- Develop, implement, and track progress on IEPs
- Maintain compliance documentation and complete ongoing progress monitoring
- Collaborate with general education staff, parents, and related service providers
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
