Key Qualifications:
- Valid (or reciprocal) Colorado Special Education License
- Experience working with elementary students highly preferred
- Solid foundation in IDEA and special education compliance
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction and support for elementary students with mild to moderate learning needs
- Implement and monitor progress on IEP goals
- Maintain accurate case management, compliance records, and participate in evaluations
- Collaborate daily with school staff, parents, and fellow service providers
- Attend relevant meetings and contribute to student support planning
