Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Colorado Special Education License or ability to secure via reciprocity

  • Experience mentoring/supervising paraprofessionals is an advantage

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, individualized instruction to students in the Significant Support Needs program
  • Create and implement effective IEPs tailored to student goals
  • Utilize behavior intervention strategies and provide individualized supports
  • Collaborate with paraprofessionals, therapists, administrators, and families
  • Track and report student progress, maintain compliance documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and team planning efforts
