Key Qualifications:

Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, individualized instruction to students in the Significant Support Needs program
- Create and implement effective IEPs tailored to student goals
- Utilize behavior intervention strategies and provide individualized supports
- Collaborate with paraprofessionals, therapists, administrators, and families
- Track and report student progress, maintain compliance documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and team planning efforts
