Desired Qualifications:
- Current Colorado Special Education License or eligible for reciprocity
- Direct experience supporting moderate to severe disabilities, especially at the elementary level
- Strong skills in behavioral interventions and classroom management
- Prior experience supervising paraprofessionals preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted instruction for students with significant support needs within an elementary SSN program
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student goals
- Apply effective behavioral interventions and individualized learning strategies
- Collaborate closely with paraprofessionals, therapists, administrators, and families
- Maintain documentation and monitor compliance for IEPs and student progress
- Contribute actively to multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP planning sessions
