Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction and accommodations tailored to students’ individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assess student progress and regularly update IEP documentation
- Partner with classroom teachers and ancillary staff to promote student success and integration
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment to encourage student engagement and confidence
- Maintain close communication with families, participating in IEP meetings and providing progress updates
- Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development using evidence-based strategies
