Special Education Teacher | Nashua, New Hampshire

- Organized, adaptable, and proactive in meeting student needs
In this role, you will:
- Manage a caseload of K-4 students, delivering differentiated instruction tailored to individual learning goals
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with families and school professionals
- Track student progress, maintaining compliance with all documentation and procedural requirements
- Communicate regularly with families, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment
