What you’ll bring:
- Active Ohio Department of Education (ODE) certification in Special Education.

- Comfortable working on-site; openness to a travel role as needed until VOCO timeline is determined.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with families, staff, and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student in your caseload.

- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
- Meet compliance and reporting requirements established by relevant educational standards.
