- Demonstrated experience working with students with mild disabilities, ideally at the middle school level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional direct instruction in a self-contained classroom environment.
- Adapt and implement IEPs, monitor students’ progress, and participate in case conferences as needed.
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure successful inclusive practices.
- Create engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learners’ needs.
