Special Education Teacher | Norwalk, Connecticut

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individualized instruction to students with special needs
- Manage a unique caseload and tailor educational plans for individual growth
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and family conferences
- Create an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere
- Collaborate proactively with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff
- Adapt instructional strategies to address student strengths and challenges
- Maintain accurate, thorough records and comply with all state and federal guidelines
