Desired Qualifications:
- California Education Specialist Instruction Credential with Moderate/Severe authorization (active and in good standing)

- Proficiency or familiarity with TeachTown and TEACCH highly beneficial
- Ability to create inclusive, structured classroom environments with differentiation and behavioral support
- Strong collaborative skills and a passion for teamwork with colleagues and paraprofessionals
Your Role Includes:
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths and needs
- Leading classroom instruction for K-2 students, supported by two full-time paraprofessionals
- Collaborating with other educators, specialists, and families to ensure holistic support
- Tracking student progress and maintaining accurate records
- Adapting instructional strategies and resources for optimal student growth
