What You’ll Bring:
- Valid Illinois Learning Behavior Specialist 1 (LBS1) certification
- Demonstrated excellence in writing, managing, and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- A minimum of two years of recent special education teaching experience
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Compassion and patience when working with diverse student populations
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction that aligns with IEP goals and the unique needs of each student
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver a comprehensive educational experience
