You’ll provide essential instructional support across five in-class support classes, reaching up to 10 students per class.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification required
- Experience working at the high school level is preferred, though those with other backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- Strong collaboration skills for effective partnership with general education teachers

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide in-class instructional support within general education settings, helping students access curriculum and build essential skills
- Partner with classroom teachers to develop lesson modifications and accommodations
- Track student progress and contribute to IEP development and review
- Manage small group and individualized instructional activities
- Offer behavioral and academic interventions as needed
- Maintain detailed records in compliance with IDEA and school protocols
- Foster a supportive classroom climate, encouraging positive student engagement
