Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-class assistance to students with special needs under the direction of the classroom teacher
- Offer one-on-one lesson support and guidance utilizing provided curriculum plans
- Assist in the resource room with individual or small group instruction and support
- Encourage student participation and monitor progress, adapting support as needed
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment
- Support classroom management and foster positive behaviors alongside the teacher and behavior team
- Participate in training and district onboarding, adhering to all required policies and procedures
