Qualifications and Experience:
- Current and valid Arizona Special Education teaching certificate

- Experience working with students in a resource or special education setting, preferably at the middle school level

- Commitment to inclusive education and differentiated instruction
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction to students on your caseload
- Develop and implement IEPs, ensuring compliance and meaningful growth for each learner
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, instructional staff, and families to support student progress
- Monitor student advancement, maintain timely and accurate documentation, and adjust strategies as needed
- Empower students to develop self-advocacy skills, foster independence, and meet academic and social goals
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school initiatives designed to enhance educational outcomes
