Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and adapt Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet each student’s needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to foster inclusive classroom environments
- Conduct assessments and track student progress toward IEP goals
- Communicate effectively with families, providing updates and resources as needed
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction in both one-on-one and small group settings
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
