Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid state certification in Special Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field
- Previous experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting preferred
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to individualized learning needs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and related documentation processes
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, write, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

- Maintain accurate records and comply with state and federal special education regulations
