Special Education Interventionist - Pulaski, TN
Soliant is seeking a qualified Special Education Interventionist to support a middle school caseload near Pulaski, Tennessee, for the 2026–2027 school year.

Assignment Details
Position: Special Education Interventionist
Location: Pulaski, TN
Schedule: Full-Time
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:00 PM
Duration: Full 2026–2027 School Year
Setting: Middle School
Responsibilities
Provide specialized instruction and intervention support to students receiving special education services.
Develop and implement individualized instructional strategies based on student academic and educational needs.
Support students in meeting their IEP goals and accessing the general education curriculum.
Implement targeted interventions and monitor student progress.
Maintain accurate documentation related to student progress, IEP goals, and services.
Provide appropriate accommodations, modifications, and differentiated instruction.
Collaborate with general education teachers, special education staff, administrators, related service providers, and families.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of individualized student goals.
Maintain a structured, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
Support students in developing academic skills, independence, and confidence.
Required Qualifications
Valid Tennessee teaching license with a 144 or 145 endorsement required.
Previous experience working with middle school students preferred.
Experience providing special education interventions and individualized instruction preferred.
Strong classroom management, communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Ability to monitor student progress and adjust instruction based on student needs.
Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, from 7:30 AM–3:00 PM.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as a Special Education Interventionist.
Experience working with middle school students receiving special education services.
Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring.
Experience providing targeted academic interventions.
Strong understanding of accommodations, modifications, and differentiated instruction.
Experience collaborating with general education and multidisciplinary school teams.
