Key qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin Cross-Categorical Special Education certification (License #2801) required

- Commitment to collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and fostering inclusive classroom communities
- Experience adapting curriculum and developing effective individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Skilled communicator with families, teachers, and school staff
Primary responsibilities:
- Deliver cross-categorical instruction to high school students with diverse mild-to-moderate disabilities
- Design and implement differentiated lesson plans tailored to IEP goals
- Create engaging, supportive classroom environments that encourage student growth
