- Additional Mod/Severe and/or Autism Authorization preferred
- Previous experience working with elementary and preschool-age children
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored for students with diverse learning needs
- Employ differentiated instructional strategies and accommodations to foster academic and social growth
- Maintain ongoing communication with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Collect and document student progress, making data-driven instructional decisions
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives
- Adapt to various caseloads and collaborate with teaching teams across PreK-5 as needed
