Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Colorado Teaching License
- SPED Endorsement required
- Prior experience in special education environments a plus
- Comfortable supporting mild/moderate behaviors and assisting with toileting if needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve grades 6–8 or 9–12, supporting mild to moderate needs
- Manage a caseload of approximately 25–30 students
- Collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement IEPs
- Create engaging, inclusive learning environments and nurture student growth
- Maintain accurate documentation and support positive student outcomes
- Onsite support only, working closely within the school community
